Anyone remember the Walkman? And the headphones that had that round foam covering?
The joke about Kofi always being hungry is sort of how I am. I used to get hit with hunger spells that made me so weak I would get faint. This was when I was an adult, by the way, I guess my blood sugar was real low or something. Anyway, that doesn’t happen very often anymore.
Also, Kofi was our next door neighbor growing up. He was one of the kids we would play with a lot. I borrowed his name for the comic.
And Ninjas! Oh man, they were so huge in the 80′s! They were in the movies and Saturday morning cartoons, toys,; everywhere! For Halloween one year my mom made my brother and I Ninja costumes. They were so awesome! If I remember correctly he was a black Ninja and I was the white one.
